No, to reduce touch points at each event, Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center is now cashless. ATMs have been removed from the premises. In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including Apple, Google, and Samsung pay.

All bags brought into Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center entry points will be subject to search and must be 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller. Guests should be prepared to open all bags for security personnel. Guests may be asked by security personnel to remove certain items from bags for closer inspection. Medical device carriers above the maximum bag size are permitted but will be subject to search.
 

• Bags larger than 12"x6"x12" or backpacks
• Outside food or beverage (except medical-related food or beverage)
• Cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers
• Video cameras or audio recording devices or streaming (including through the use of cell phones & GoPro cams)
• Tablets, iPads, & GoPros
• Professional cameras with lenses larger than 6"/Standard digital cameras
• Laser pens or pointers
• Noise making devices
• Projectiles (beach balls, frisbees, etc.)
• Signs larger than 8.5"x11" (any signs management deems as inappropriate or obstructive will be confiscated); If signs larger than that were purchased by merchandise outside vendor - signs are approved inside the building.
• Stickers of any kind, sticks or poles (this includes selfie sticks)
• Skateboards, skates, or scooters
• Illegal substances
• Fireworks or any other incendiary device
• Stollers (permitted but must be checked in at the main lobby)
• Weapons of any kind or any item that can be construed as a weapon (knives, chains, clubs, or guns, etc.)
• Any other item deemed unacceptable by Management 

There is NO smoking or vaping inside the building or within 25 ft of the exterior of the building. Smoking includes the use of cigars, cigarettes, pipes, vape pens, and vapor cigarettes.

The Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center is located at 1000 Water St, Jacksonville, Fl 32204 on the corner of Park Street and W. Bay Street.

From North (Jacksonville International Airport):

Proceed south on I-95 to Exit 353A (Myrtle/Church/ Forsyth), to Forsyth Street. Proceed left (east) to Lee Street. Turn right (south) on Lee Street, then right (west) on Bay Street to the Prime Osborn Main Parking Lot.

From South:

Proceed north on I-95 to Exit 350A (Main St. Bridge/Prudential Dr./Ocean St.) toward Acosta Bridge/Riverside Ave./Mary St. Proceed over the Acosta Bridge and take the Broad St exit. Turn left (north) on to West Bay Street to the Prime Osborn Main Parking Lot. South Bank hotels (Hilton Garden, Crowne Plaza, Wyndham, Hampton Downtown) are served by the Skyway Express: take the Express through Central Station to the Terminal (Convention Center) Station.

From East (Downtown):

Proceed west on Bay Street to the Prime Osborn Main Parking Lot. Omni Hotel, City Hall, and Jacksonville Landing are served by the Skyway Express: take the Express from or through Central Station to the Terminal (Convention Center) Station.

From West (I-10):

Proceed to I-95 North, then to Exit 352B (Forsyth). Take Forsyth Street (east) to Lee Street. Turn right (south) on Lee one block to Bay Street. Turn right (west) on Bay Street and proceed to the Prime Osborn Main Parking Lot.
